What we keep, and why
CryptoKnight keeps as little about you as it can. This page covers our call alerts, membership, the Pro Charts waitlist and this website, in plain English.
Call alerts
When you switch on alerts in @CryptoKnightAlertsBot, we keep:
- your Telegram user ID and first name
- the phone number you share with the bot
- when you agreed to alerts, and your free-trial date
- a log of the alerts we sent you and the calls we placed
We use your number for one thing: ringing you when a CryptoKnight call triggers, which is what you asked for. We never sell or share it, and never use it for marketing calls. Twilio places the calls and Telegram delivers the bot's messages.
Deleting it: send /stop to the bot and your number is deleted straight away. If you don't carry on after your free week, we delete it within 30 days.
Membership and the Pro Charts waitlist
If you become a member or join the waitlist, we keep the email you give us, and your Telegram username if you add it, so we can give you access and keep you posted. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments; we never see your wallet keys.
This website
We count daily visitors with a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and browser. The IP address itself is never stored, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Questions or deletion requests
Message @CryptoKnightAlertsBot and the team will see it, or reach us through our Telegram channel.
CryptoKnight publishes research and education, not financial advice. Alerts can arrive late or fail, so never rely on a call alone to manage a position.
